We had a lovely time in June, we stayed for a week. Breakfast choice was unbelievable, there was a very good amount to choose from. We had afternoon tea in the garden and had plenty to choose from again. We sat out with the owners on a number of occasions which was lovely. They certainly go above and beyond what we would expect. They were helpful recommending where to eat and visit. The bus stop is very handily up the road making it easy to visit lots of different places, and parking on site was wonderful. Looking forward to visiting again, and have told plenty of people about our wonderful stay Pat & Pete
After 6 months of supreme sadness I needed a few days away - came across this treasure of a guest house which seemed to be perfect for my needs. Brookside is a little gem - very comfortable room, lovely hosts and the most delicious breakfasts. Just a short walk from the town centre and harbour. A very attractive garden and sun terrace is also a feature of this establishment. Visit it if you are ever in Brixham - I know I would return.
Perfect stay with lovely hosts... Breakfast was fantastic, Jo and Linda were happy to accommodate further requests. Location was handy as it wasn't far to walk to town. Parking on site super handy. The Hot tub and Sauna was perfect, a little outdoor bluetooth speaker may have been a nice edition, to go along side the nice lighting, with a further place to sit under a cover, should weather be bad. Great stay, easy to find and fantastic location to reach the whole of the English Rivera.
Great stay in September.Linda and Joe are lovely hosts. Rooms well appointed and spotless Super breakfast from extensive menu. Would be even better if they played more Mario Lanza ,maybe next time.See you soon.
Brilliant location close to the town and sea. Brilliant service, very polite, professional, friendly always happy to help, advice and make our stay comfortable. The rooms are a good size with high standards, comfortable bed, shower, fridge, TV and so on. Free parking, a big garden, and a brilliant atmosphere for a holiday.
This is our go-to accommodation whenever we stay in Brixham. Linda and Joe are great hosts, very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfasts are delicious. Free off-street parking, nice rooms, walking distance to town, and a lovely hot tub to relax in. Would highly recommend!
I had a wonderful stay here with warm and professional Linda and Joe. They couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them: they even brought me a fan for my room in the hot weather. The breakfasts are outstanding! Excellent, freshly prepared and cooked and a huge variety of options! The house is sparklingly clean and fresh and the bed linen super comfortable. There’s nothing that hasn’t been thought of. I will certainly be staying with them again, and can’t thank them enough! THANK YOU so much, Linda and Joe!
Great place. Joe and Linda were very hospitable and knew the best places to go. Easy stroll into Brixham, by the bus stop if you'd prefer. Great breakfast!
